F4U Research is committed to processing and shipping research orders in a timely and reliable manner.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may occasionally be extended due to order volume, inventory availability, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
F4U Research does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information supplied with the order.
Tracking information may take additional time to become active after a shipping label has been created.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
F4U Research is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you discover an address error, contact info@f4uresearch.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are subject to the carrier's operations.
If a shipment appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact info@f4uresearch.com with your order information so the issue can be reviewed.
Please retain the original packaging and photograph any visible damage when applicable.
Delivered Packages
F4U Research is not responsible for packages that a shipping carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided with the order.
Customers should ensure that shipments are sent to a secure location.
Shipping Restrictions
F4U Research reserves the right to decline, cancel, or restrict shipment to any location where fulfillment may violate applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, or company policies.
