No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@f4uresearch.com.

Include your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the product received. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
